Born and raised in Miami, after graduating from South Miami High School, Roger enlisted in the United States Air Force and attended Southern Illinois University where he earned a degree in Industrial Technology. Roger went on to enjoy a career with the Department of Defense, and private sector holding executive positions in sales, engineering, marketing, and business development before transitioning into real estate. Roger possesses a deep understanding of the local market and neighborhoods that sets him apart from other agents. What truly distinguishes Roger is his unwavering commitment to his clients. He takes the time to listen attentively, and they greatly value his approach, characterized by friendliness, honesty, and practicality. Roger's unique background equips him to expertly navigate both the social and technical facets of the marketplace. He offers a service that is not only informed but also efficient, with a relentless focus on ensuring his clients' journey is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Outside of work, Roger is a devoted father and a dedicated volunteer with a strong commitment to community service focused on supporting veterans and enhancing community programs. He actively contributes to his community through his service as the First Vice Commander at the American Legion Post 133, his past leadership as Commander of Post 243 of the Jewish War Veterans, and his ongoing involvement with the Palmetto Bay Veterans Park Task Force. Roger is the recipient of the 2023 Commander Clarence “bill” Greg award for Extraordinary Effort and Dedicated Service to Veterans.
